Growth needed a relationship, not another campaign.
Vanity Planet operated across beauty and personal-care devices, where a product can create initial excitement but long-term growth depends on what happens after the first purchase. Customer retention, replenishment cycles and the ambition to expand into consumable products made the existing brand and digital experience work harder.
The challenge was to evolve the identity and communication system without losing the appeal of the existing range. Vanity Planet needed a more cohesive voice, clearer content pillars and a community strategy capable of supporting both current products and the next chapter of the business.
How we got there.
We made the audience part of the brand's next chapter.
The work began by rethinking the brand from the inside out. Digital architecture, social-media pillars and the wider identity were developed around a bolder but more sophisticated point of view, giving Vanity Planet a consistent language across products, platforms and campaigns.
Instead of treating social media as a stream of announcements, the strategy put the customer experience at the center. Elevated user-generated content and an affiliate program gave real people a visible role in how the brand was discovered and discussed. The goal was to build the kind of connection that lasts beyond a single launch or promotional moment.
That relationship also shaped how new products were brought to market. Pre-launch engagement and social-led presale activity were used to build anticipation while creating opportunities to hear directly from the audience. Customer feedback was brought closer to product development, helping the brand connect its future offering with the needs and reactions of the people already using it.
Across brand direction, digital structure, community, affiliate and launch content, the work shifted the emphasis from selling individual devices to creating a more connected beauty and wellness experience.
What changed.
A launch strategy with a community behind it.
The broader outcome was a more unified brand and community approach: clearer positioning, a consistent digital voice and a feedback loop between audience engagement, product development and launch activity.
